I had been looking for a GPS watch and ended up buying an Ultrasport 500.
Later as I was looking around I found the NAV MASTER II sold by keilar, which is in fact the same watch in different casing. I also found other names for the same watch leading me to believe that it is just a rebranded chinese device.
The ultrasport is quite small although I would like to see it in comparison with other watches like the DC Rainmaker is doing.
I did encounter a problem. Occasionaly when I run the software and then plug in the watch on the PC, it gives an error "No com port found" or somthing along those lines. The secret is that you need to plug in the watch first and then run the software. And it works fine after that.
UPDATE 7/10/13:
I had the oportunity to use the watch while on an aircaft. It works as long as your hand is close to the window. If you are sitting on the isle, you are quite probably out of luck. Next to the windows though it works.
It has an upper speed limit of 649,99 km/h. I was suprised it would even go that high but then dissapointed that it wouldn't show the real plane speed of about 800+ km/h.
It went up to an altitude of about 9220 meters and the lowest pace it showed was 5 sec/km.
It would loose the signal evey now and then cause my access to the window was limited but it worked nevertheless!
